The Garden Center has served Plumas County since the 1960’s. Lauren Houston bought the business (formally Anderson’s Garden Center) in 2017. She wanted to continue to provide healthy, happy and appropriate plants for this area.

Lauren loves bright colors, being outside and getting her hands dirty. She has lived in Blairsden since 2015 with her boyfriend and 2 dogs.

Rowan Harmon, our manager,  can guide you through our plants with ease and find you the perfect plant.

 

Together with our team they strive to provide plants that will grow in our area along with honest knowledge to help you be successful. We will warn you that sometimes our honest knowledge comes with harsh realities (like our harsh environment)!
